仕事の概要
シニアアカウントエグゼクティブとして、日本の公安機関にアクソンの殺傷力の低い武器とソフトウェアソリューションを販売する役割を担います。このポジションは、ノルマを課された外回り営業です。複雑なソリューションを明確に説明し、上級レベルの関係を構築・維持し、複雑な多層構造のステークホルダーやユニットをナビゲートし、アクソンチームを成功に導くスキルが必要です。技術的かつ管理的な製品情報、デモンストレーション、製品のトレーニングなどを提供します。

仕事内容
- 顧客満足度を最大化とAxonの戦略的目標の達成のために、指定代理店の収益と市場シェアを管理・拡大すること。
- 顧客との関係構築と維持により、最終的な収益拡大を図ること。
- より強力で適切なバリュープロポジションを提供するためにアカウントチームとの協力により、アカウント戦略を策定し実行すること。
- 顧客との関係構築とアカウントへの効果的なサービス提供の確保。
- 顧客の満足度を重視し、顧客のビジネスとワークフローを理解し、アカウント内で適切なコンタクトネットワークを構築すること。
- アカウントレベルでの戦略実行のサポート。
- 必要に応じて、専門家やスペシャリストと協力します。
- すべてのアカウント活動を監督すること。
- 売上予測を担当し、適時に経営チームにアカウントについて連絡し、競合他社の活動に関する情報を収集し、マーケティングにフィードバックすること。
- アカウント戦略の実行とさらなる機会を特定するための社内システムでの顧客活動の追跡。
- 必要に応じて顧客向け製品トレーニングの提供。
- 個々の経費予算管理。
- 担当するアカウントとの関係構築と顧客満足度の向上。
基本の応募要項
- 日本の公安制度や機関に関する知識・経験
- Salesforce（優遇）または類似のCRMを使用したデータ管理経験
- 移動や出張（泊りを含む）が毎週の50％以上可能な方
- 複雑なソリューションの提供を明確かつ直接的に説明できること
- 英語：ビジネスレベル；日本語：ネイティブ
望ましい資格
- スタートアップもしくはVerticalの経験
- 日本での法執行機関、公安、防衛の経験
- 複雑なソリューションの提案を明確かつ直接的に説明できること
- チームプレーヤー: 様々なチームメンバーと定期的にコラボレーションができる方
