The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a 2-year rotational program which provides you the opportunity to make an impact in one of our 3 tracks:
LDP - Business is designed to develop holistic business professionals by providing unique opportunities across multiple business functions. All majors accepted.
LDP - Finance/Accounting is designed to train and develop emerging Finance & Accounting professionals by providing a deep understanding of the entire financial landscape. Finance, Accounting, Economics, or like-degree preferred.
LDP - Sales is an opportunity to dive into a fast-paced and rewarding environment where you'll help us take our products and services to new customers around the world. All majors accepted.
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (must graduate by June 2022)
A cumulative GPA 3.2 or higher preferred
Proven leadership experience
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Flexibility, strong decision-making skills, and effective time management skills
Self-starter who thrives on problem-solving and embraces ambiguity
Enthusiasm and commitment to AXON's Mission and Core Values
