The Client Success Manager is responsible for strategically partnering with clients to ensure their business objectives are met. This includes partnering with clients and internal teams to understand and anticipate client needs and developing solutions to meet those needs. They must understand the full scope of AxleHire’s business model and operational structure and leverage this knowledge to assist their clients as a trusted advisor.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Management – Build and manage the client relationship
  • Build a strong rapport with client management and the broader client team
  • Introduce and resolve solutions and initiatives that drive success for the client as well as AxleHire
  • Set clear expectations with clients and deliver accordingly
  • Work collaboratively across all AxleHire departments and operational leadership to execute and improve the business
  • Oversee client projects through closure and ensure the client receives appropriate communication
  • Resolve client issues quickly and effectively with clear communication throughout
  • Hold weekly meetings with the client teams and utilize a client issue/project tracker to clearly demonstrate progress
  • Be aware at all times of client performance, P&L and operating characteristics
  • Onboard new clients, working directly across all AxleHire departments
  • Continuous upsell in volume in existing delivery areas as well as new delivery areas
  • Be a client advocate within AxleHire, acting as an escalation point for the client
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Be a trusted advisor to our clients

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years experience in logistics
  • 4 years experience managing large clients.
  • Experience working with internal and client stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Self driven and proactive individual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

This position requires 15% of travel time.
