The Role:

The Axiom Talent Platform team is committed to improving the way our legal force is deployed, managed, and interacted with, and this role is a key player across the platform for setting the bar on reliability, performance, and quality. We expect this role to act as our test strategy and automation leader, partnering closely with the engineering team to ensure that every release meets the goals set. In addition, they will be tasked with defining and executing the long term plan to continuously improve our testing strategy.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience with Selenium, Cypress, or a similar automation framework
  • 2+ years experience testing RESTful APIs
  • 3+ years experience with building and implementing an automation framework

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience with node.js
  • 2 or more years of experience in a DevOps environment
  • Familiarity with writing test plans
  • Direct or indirect management of a manual test person or persons
  • Experience writing product test strategies
  • Familiarity using git
  • Experience in a CI and agile environment
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
