The Role:

The Axiom Talent Platform team is committed to improving the way our legal workforce is deployed, managed, and interacted with. This role is a key player in maintaining the daily delivery of our engineering team and championing their progress. We expect this role to provide daily support to scrum ceremonies, enabling the engineering team in their daily activities, and drive the team to successful delivery. In addition, this role will partner with the product team to review and ensure a strong pipeline of development ready requirements, under the direction of a senior Technical Product Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years experience as a scrum master
  • 1+ years experience working with software requirements
  • 2+ years experience as a project manager or product manager
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership, drive for results, and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience breaking down complex concepts into simple steps
  • Experience writing product requirements
  • Experience in a CI and agile environment
  • Familiarity with gitlab
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
