Purpose
As the Publisher Development manager you will be responsible for the development and GP generation of partners on the Awin network. Your role will be responsible for the growing and incubating partnerships to success on the network. You'll be an integral part of the team driving forward innovation and working with other departments.
Key Tasks
- Take on ownership of commercial targets for publishers
- Own the two year incubation cycle for new high value or strategic partners ensuring they are growing on our network
- Ensure that publishers have the support they require to be successful
- Sell in new Partners to the Account Management team and their advertisers
- Analyse opportunities for publishers
- Negotiate campaigns
Skills & Expertise
- +2 year’ experience in performance with performance marketing or influencer marketing or affiliate marketing or correlated areas
- Good knowledge in English
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication are essential for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, brands, and other stakeholders.
- Creativity: Being able to think creatively to develop engaging content, campaigns, and strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to collaborate with influencers and brands on partnerships, contracts, and compensation.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and relationships simultaneously.
- Networking: Building and maintaining a network of influencers, brands, and industry professionals is crucial for finding opportunities and staying informed about trends.
- Analytical Skills: Being able to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns, understand audience behavior, and make data-driven decisions
- Adaptability: The influencer marketing landscape is constantly changing, so being flexible and open to new trends and platforms is important.
- Empathy: Understanding and empathizing with the needs and motivations of influencers and their audiences helps in creating authentic and successful collaborations.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of a campaign are executed flawlessly, from content creation to legal compliance.
- Problem-Solving: Being able to quickly identify issues and come up with effective solutions to keep campaigns on track.
- Passion for Social Media: A genuine interest and passion for social media platforms, trends, and content creation is essential to staying engaged and motivated in the industry.
