Away is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Associate for the Brand Marketing team who will support partnerships and consumer-facing initiatives, including product collaborations and partnership campaigns. We’re looking for a process-oriented creative who loves to strategically approach business challenges. You’re a conceptor, an executor, a self-motivated, creative human who is energized by the opportunity to grow a brand. You have a deep understanding of our brand and the ability to assess and understand other brands. In this role, you would communicate with partners, project manage key deadlines, and support post-launch analysis of campaigns.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional communication and planning skills. This role will report to the Partnerships Manager and interface with the leadership team across multiple departments.
What you’ll do:
- Own and support communication with partners on consumer-facing initiatives, including product launches and other major, cross-functional campaigns
- Support in developing strategic partnership plans to support business and brand objectives
- Support in evaluating partnership opportunities to determine which are worth pursuing
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create project briefs and detailed timelines for campaigns
- Work cross functionally with product development, design, marketing, retail and operations to ensure major company projects can get from idea to launch smoothly
Who you are:
- Highly organized individual with a passion for branding and partnerships
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience managing projects with multiple internal stakeholders and interfacing with partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability explain complicated initiatives in a way a wide array of people can understand
- Experience taking ownership and on time completion of major projects
- Confidence holding a wide array stakeholders accountable for their steps
- Exceptional planning skills with a natural ability to hold yourself accountable to timelines
