Consultant will serve as quality assurance/quality control representative at Radial Easton. Away products include luggage, bags, accessories, and other travel goods. The role will include responsibilities including but not limited to:
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
Ensure returns process SOP is being followed and that the correct items are refurbished and placed back into stock or recycled.
Oversee personalization efforts including foil stamping, engraving, and embroidery
Validate that products are packaged correctly with proper shipper and collateral, ensure all fulfillment SOP’s are being followed.
As needed, spot check inventory to ensure quality issues are isolated
Communicate Daily with HQ based Quality team and publish daily inspection reports
Recommends improvements for overall warehouse operations to improve efficiency or increase quality
Record inspection data and summarize instances of non-conforming product per standard operation procedure
Execute any changes in processes advised by quality, fulfillment, or packaging teams
Strong communication skills, additional Spanish fluency is a plus
Detail oriented and well organized
Competency with the Google Office software suite and general data entry computer skills
Self-motivated, able to act independently, and set priorities
Duration: 6 Months with potential to hire full time
