Away is looking for an organized and fast-paced individual to facilitate creative projects from inception to production, effectively tracking the stage and approvals of all creative deliverables in a high-performance environment. This individual will be responsible for our internal approval processes and guarantee that all deliverables are on-time, within scope, and approved by key stakeholders before assets are shared with internal business owners or external partners. This role will be a part of the Project Management team, working closely with Creative, Product Development, and Marketing.



What you’ll do:

  • Work with internal team (including project management and creative services) to create an error-proof internal routing system
  • Move creative jobs through internal routing and track the stages, location, and priorities for each project to ensure all projects are on time and within scope
  • Proactively identify and discuss potential problems with Creative Services and PM regarding timing on project deliverables
  • Assist in scheduling kickoff, run-through, status, and recap meetings in order to provide internal teams with necessary support and direction
  • Create and maintain tracker of current projects and their status to be shared with creative team on an ongoing basis
  • Identify high priority tasks and work with internal teams to expedite and ensure on-time execution

Who you are:

  • 1-2 years experience in a Traffic Coordinator position, either in-house or at a creative agency
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasker who thrives in an environment with quick turnarounds and tight timelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Command of the creative process in both the traditional and digital space, including web, broadcast media, print, and packaging (pre-production, production, post-production)
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Basecamp, etc.) required
  • Exceptional planning skills with a natural ability to hold yourself and others accountable to timelines
  • Love to travel (but that's a given)
