As an Identity Security Engineer II, you will help implement our identity management strategy and play an essential role in identifying and remediating identity security gaps. The role is hands-on and requires a candidate who is knowledgeable with common industry identity tools such as Sailpoint or CyberArk. Collaboration is key, as the candidate will be a bridge between policy-driven directives and technical implementation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead integrations between Sailpoint and our critical business applications and platforms to facilitate seamless access management and provisioning.
  • Manage the quarterly access review process to ensure that all privileged access is reviewed and compliant with our regulatory demands.
  • Manage and support the CyberArk platform, while also designing and implementing stronger privileged access management security controls.
  • Design and enforce robust identity security protocols within Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Design and consistently update identity security standards.
  • Apply controls to guarantee adherence to our identity security standards.
  • Collaborate with the senior security engineering team to understand and apply best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and other business units to ensure seamless and uniform application of identity security standards.
  • Document implemented processes and contribute to the security knowledge base.
  • Harness PowerShell for IAM-related automation and workflow enhancement.
  • Provide crucial support during security events and incidents, focusing on identity-related issues.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in cyber security or IAM, with proficiency in Sailpoint IDN, CyberArk, Active Directory or Azure Active Directory.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of zero-trust principles within identity management.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with PAM and IDAM solutions, preferably CyberArk and Sailpoint IDN.
  • Experience working with cross-functional IT teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Security certifications like Azure Security Fundamentals or other relevant certifications would be a plus.
