What we are looking for
What you’ll do
Build relationships with owners and investors, and bring new homes onto AvantStay’s platform!
Own and build out a portfolio of homes within existing and new territories
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Development, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance to structure and land competitive deals
Actively manage opportunities through a fun and high-velocity sales motion
Contribute to the continued progression of our Sales and growth strategies
Exceed performance goals on a monthly/quarterly basis
What you’ll bring
3+ years experience in Sales (ideally in a Real Estate or b2b SaaS context)Grit and determination to win, with demonstrated success consistently achieving Sales targets
Technical aptitude with experience managing your pipeline and performance within a CRM (Hubspot or Salesforce)
Service contract management and negotiation experience
An orientation towards numbers with an ability to structure and negotiate deals that trade off on financial and real estate terms to achieve “win-win” outcomes
Real Estate License highly preferred, or willingness to obtain shortly after start
A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and do things differently – we’re building an industry-leading Real Estate company with ambitions to scale like a technology organization
Passion for Real Estate, Short Term Rentals, and/or travel is a must!
