We are seeking out a talented Marketing Operation Manager to help drive the success of our marketing projects at Ava Labs. This person will be crucial to building out a foundation of scalable processes & best practices that reinforce/support cross-departmental efforts. Ideal candidates will have the ability to oversee and drive initiatives through the full marketing lifecycle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and improve upon the current marketing process
  • Drive weekly collection of objectives across all marketing verticals
  • Monitor and track project progress of marketing/brand campaigns
  • Manage legal and finance processes
  • Own the systems, tools, and skills necessary for marketing to drive business results
  • Help to define and measure key performance metrics across all marketing verticals
  • Help consolidate marketing budgets

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
  • 2-5 years of professional marketing project management experience
  • 1+ years of startup experience
  • Proven experience optimizing processes within a large matrixed organization
  • Hands on experience with Notion, Jira, Asana and/or similar tools.
  • Google Sheets/Slides or similar
  • Strong understanding of critical marketing metrics
  • Experience consolidating reporting across various marketing teams
  • Ability to anticipate when processes need to be updated/improved due to company growth
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess the interpersonal skills conducive to getting buy-in from all marketing stakeholders for organizational change management
  • Ability to function independently as well as in a team environment

Salary Range: $68,000 - $109,600  (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
