We are looking for a Web3 Solutions Architect to join our Product Team and guide our product teams on web3 technical architecture solutions and specifications including node infrastructure, smart contract development and security, and full stack web development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work closely with the engineering teams to establish priorities for future development 
  • Be the technical voice of the product team in pitching new product strategies
  • Work closely with partners across the company, including Product, Design, and Marketing to bring new features and services to market
  • Support execution and delivery on your technical architecture with product and engineering teams
  • Contribute to a fast-growing product organization and help us scale up processes and best practices across the entire company

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 3+ years of solutions architecture development experience
  • 5+ years of prior experience in a hands-on engineering role
  • 3+ years of devops and/or cloud infrastructure configuration experience
  • Strong interest/passion in Blockchain (DeFi) and a technical understanding of Web3 products, account based and UTXO models
  • Successful track record of launching web3 solutions
  • Solid engineering background with a passion for keeping up with latest tech trends/tools
  • Proven track record of delivery in rapid pace/iteration environments 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering teams 
  • Ability to set technical roadmaps and forward looking strategies
  • Genuine commitment to building diverse teams while promoting equity and inclusion
  • Agile/Scrum
  • Nice to have: Experience with EVM’s especially GETH
  • Solidity Smart Contract development experience
  • Experience with Solidity security tools like Manticore and Slither
  • Open source code contributions to a blockchain client like AvlancheGo or GETH
  • Golang / C++ / C Software Development skill set
  • Deep understanding of consensus mechanisms
  • Deep understanding of cyber security
