  • Create visually appealing, user-friendly digital assets across all marketing channels: responsive website, static ads, banners, email, in-product
  • Deverlop visual identity platforms, systems, typography, illustration, iconography systems
  • Ideate visual concepts/themes/directions and refining design work based on creative direction
  • Work cross-functionally and collaborating with internal and external team members
  • Keep project timelines on track
  • Collaborate with peer designers within Ava Labs to maximize the impact
  • Collaborate with executive staff on design needs including presentations, pitch decks, social graphics


  • 2+ yrs of professional experience designing visual assets
  • High-growth or enterprise digital marketing channel experience
  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Artistic skills: illustration & animation
  • Responsive Web: static ads, banners
  • eMail, presentation, pitch deck and/or In-product design
  • Visual identity platforms/systems
  • Developing branding or iconography systems
  • Experience articulating the design trends to stakeholders
  • Experience creating branded co-marketing collateral
  • A strong portfolio
  • Strong communication
