  • Provide general administrative assistance to CEO 
    • writing, editing and preparing communications on executive's behalf
  • Manage calendars, meetings/appointments and travel itineraries
  • Manage office catering orders
  • Clerical; updating and maintaining corporate documents/spreadsheets
  • Prepare internal and partner's corporate documents 
  • Act as main point of contact among CEO's network
  • Arrange corporate events: meetups, seminars, webinars, and related outreach activities
  • Optimize and maintain an electronic document systems
  • Develop and sustain a high level of professionalism among staff and clientele
  • Independently manage time and projects to ensure deadlines are met


  • 4+ years of professional Executive Assistant experience 
  • Prior experience working with executive level management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Advanced document preparation
  • Organizing corporate events: Meetups, seminars, webinars
  • Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, Slides... etc. or MS Outlook & Excel 
  • CRM and/or document management systems
  • Startup experience
  • Flexible working hours
