Role Overview

Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to contribute to strategic growth initiatives? Aux Insights is seeking a Marketing Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will support our consulting team by researching, analyzing, and implementing impactful marketing strategies for our private equity clients and their portfolio companies. Key Responsibilities

 

Analyze and Research

  • Data Gathering & Analysis: Support the team in collecting and analyzing data on clients’ digital marketing efforts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to understand clients’ market positions and uncover areas for digital marketing enhancement.
  • Opportunity Identification: Pinpoint and suggest improvements in clients’ marketing strategies, team structures, and partner engagements.

Ideate

  • Creative Recommendations: Develop and test innovative recommendations that drive client growth, utilizing leading digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Trend Exploration: Stay on top of industry trends by exploring new marketing tools and methodologies to enhance client campaigns.
  • Value Presentation: Craft data-driven recommendations that clearly demonstrate the value and impact of proposed marketing strategies.

Collaborate

  • Client Presentations: Create well-structured presentations that highlight clients' current marketing states, Aux Insights’ recommended strategies, and the expected benefits.
  • Team Coordination: Ensure timely and effective sharing of data and analysis within the team to support collaborative decision-making.
  • Impact Evaluation: Assess the impact, potential ROI, and value of implemented marketing strategies to ensure they meet client objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities, capable of clearly articulating findings and recommendations.
  • Team Player: Highly collaborative with the ability to work seamlessly with various stakeholders and team members.
  • Problem Solver: Innovative and creative, with strong technical and analytical skills to address complex marketing challenges.
  • Data Analytics: Proficient in managing and interpreting multiple datasets to inform strategic decisions and drive effective marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to measure, analyze, and act on large volumes of marketing performance data to optimize strategies and achieve client goals.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple projects, and adapting to evolving client needs.

Aux Insights is committed to providing pay transparency in accordance with applicable state and local regulations. For the Marketing Associate position, the anticipated base salary range is $150,000 to $170,000 annually. Compensation within this range will depend on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

In addition to base salary, this full time position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.  Actual compensation may vary based on factors specific to the candidate’s qualifications and market conditions.
