You’ll not only shape the brand story but also use analytics to measure success, refine strategies, and maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Campaigns That Inspire: Develop and execute standout brand campaigns, from concept to launch, ensuring maximum impact across online and offline channels.
  • Own the Brand Identity: Be the guardian of our brand positioning, tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Produce High-End Creative Work: Collaborate with creative agencies to produce scroll-stopping social media content and premium video spots for TV and streaming platforms.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with European country teams to ensure campaigns are locally relevant while staying true to the overarching brand strategy.
  • Track and Optimize Performance: Use data-driven insights to measure the success of campaigns and refine strategies for even better results.
  • Foster Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with teams across Product, Social Media, and Communications to ensure brand integration at every level.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: minimum 3–5+ years in brand marketing, campaign management, or a related field, ideally in a B2C environment.
  • Creative Vision: You have a knack for creating innovative campaigns and visuals that leave a lasting impression.
  • Strategic Thinking: You understand how to align brand strategy with business goals and market trends.
  • Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable with data, using it to measure success and inform decisions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English—you’ll need both to collaborate effectively and deliver impactful campaigns
