What you’ll do 

  • Be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process of various positions, ranging from Sales and Operations to UX/UI, Product and Marketing.   
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the business needs and the ideal candidate profile  
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies, using online channels, professional networks, and employer branding initiatives  
  • Screen and interview candidates, using various techniques and tools, and provide a positive and engaging candidate experience  
  • Manage the offer process, and foster long-term relationships with potential and existing talent  
  • Participate in and lead various projects, such as recruiting fairs, diversity initiatives, tool implementations or other TA-related projects 
  • Prepare and present regular reports and analytics on the recruiting activities, outcomes, and challenges 

What you should bring  

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business studies or a related field  
  • At least 4-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment  
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks 
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (our ATS is Greenhouse)  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal  
  • A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail  
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with a problem-solving attitude 
  • Fluent in English and German (Must-have); Italian or Dutch are a plus.
