 What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy tailored to our classified ads platform, with a focus on differentiation, relevance, and resonance in the market.  
  • Setup a top of funnel marketing program based on test and learn that allows us to connect ad spend with long-term impact on brand and operational KPIs. 
  • You’ll be instrumental setting up and executing a strategy to improve user retention and get a hold on organic demand of consumers intending to buy, lease or sell a car.  
  • Let users lead the way: listen to and know our users to let their needs guide our brand story. 
  • Motivate and develop your team and establish a common culture that the team identifies with. 
  • Be autonomous and take full ownership of your work. 
  • You’ll collaborate with our market specific local marketing teams and make them part of the global team balancing the individual market needs and local execution with platform thinking and a pan-European brand strategy. 

What you should bring:

  • You have proven experience (7+ years) in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies, preferably in a fast-growing technology or digital platform environment. 
  • Strong leadership and team building skills, empathy and willingness to inspire, grow and develop your team. 
  • You have excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable brand strategies. 
  • Great communication and storytelling abilities, with a focus on clarity, creativity, and authenticity. 
  • Experience in managing multiple marketing channels, preferably including CRM. 
  • You bring a strong business acumen which allows you together with your marketing experience to setup and assess business cases and have a focus on payback of marketing investments.  
  • Fluent in English (German would be an advantage)
