We seek a talented and driven CRM Manager focusing on User Activation and engagement to join our team, reporting to the Director of Growth. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the development and execution of innovative omnichannel strategies that help our users to onboard and deepen user relationships by building a seamless customer journey across our suite of products.  

The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and has a background in CRM management, marketing, or related functions. If you possess a deep understanding of CRM systems, user engagement tactics, and the dynamics of user retention across the Web and apps, we invite you to join our forward-thinking team. 

At AutoScout24 we support each other by sharing knowledge and building a culture of collaboration. We look for people who enjoy a hybrid work format. Expect to meet in the office (Munich or Berlin) twice a week to exchange ideas and collaborate in person.  

 What you'll do:

  • User Activation: Implement strategies to drive new user activation through CRM channels, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. 
  • Engagement Strategies: Develop and deploy CRM campaigns to increase user engagement, ensuring relevant, timely, personalized content. 
  • Campaign Development: Create and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of CRM campaigns, from conceptualization to post-campaign analysis for email, push notifications and in-app messaging. 
  • Data Analysis: Regularly analyze user behavior, campaign results, and funnel metrics to identify areas for optimization. 
  • A/B Testing: Execute A/B tests to refine CRM strategies for improved performance continuously. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product engineering and CRM tech and guide the implementation, integration, and optimization of CRM tools and systems to ensure seamless user experiences and maximized engagement. 
  • Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of CRM best practices, technologies, and industry benchmarks to maintain a competitive edge. 

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM management or a related role, primarily focusing on user activation and engagement, demonstrating consistent success in driving customer retention. 
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools and platforms, with a history of implementing and optimizing them to drive growth. 
  • Proven experience in designing and leading A/B testing.
  • Robust analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English, German (understanding in reading, and conversation) is a plus.
