Senior Strategy Manager is a key role within our company reporting to our CPO. You will be working as the interface between product, sales and pricing teams. It is the ideal position for someone who enjoys exploring new opportunities and ways of solving complex problems. Your insights will have a significant impact on shaping the company strategy and new product development, as well as strengthening and growing our core business.
What you’ll do
- Autonomously project manage high priority long term strategic initiatives for the group
- Identify and lead new business development from ideation to execution
- Lead analytical deep dives to solve complex problems together with product managers, product analysts and colleagues from other departmens
- Lead ongoing reporting of projects/inititaves to senior management and prepare decision making on key topics backed up by sound research, business cases and analyses
- Lead cross-functional teams with Product, Marketing, Pricing and Sales colleagues and ensure succesful collaboration and execution
What you should bring
- Graduated in Business or Economics or in a field with a distinct analytical focus (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or similar)
- 4-6 years relevant work experience with minimum 3 years in a consulting company or business development department in a digital context
- Very strong analytical skills and a passion for facts and numbers
- Smart business acumen and solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English and considerable experience in structuring and presenting your results to a senior audience
- Strong drive to results and decision with a proven track record in executing projects structured and target oriented
