About the position
As our new Buyer Success & Car Trading Specialist, you will be part of a newly established department focused on activating buyers and facilitating car transactions across Europe.
Your daily tasks will include reviewing auction cars, advising users on pricing and tips for listing, with the goal of selling as many cars as possible. We aim to improve the experience further and ensure attractive cars on the platform, which is where your skills will come into play.
You’ll collaborate with our international Buyer Success team to facilitate car sales, guide users on pricing and listings, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Your expertise will help increase car imports and exports, ensuring AutoProff remains the go-to platform for B2B car trading across borders.
Let's dive into your key responsibilities, you will
- Activate cars from abroad for German dealers, increasing car imports to Germany
- Activate Buyer Success colleagues abroad to boost car exports from Germany to our other countries
- Facilitate auction aftertrade transactions for cars, both nationally and internationally
- Conduct daily reviews of German listings to ensure the highest quality on auction and Marketplace
- Ensure we have the right buyers for the cars listed at auction
- Follow up and take ownership of Buyer Success in Germany
The need-to-have skills
- Experience in car sales, including import/export
- Possess a solid network within the automotive industry, both nationally and internationally
- Excellent communications skills and fluent in Germany, and good understanding of English
- Team player, as you will be part of our international Buyer Success team
