Our Delivery Management Team

Is responsible for leading and successfully delivering highly complex cross Platform capabilities. This includes the ability to anticipate issues, remove impediments and provide clarity on status.
As part of the Delivery Management team, you will be responsible for one or more critical delivery initiatives simultaneously. Reporting to the Delivery Team Manager, you will collaborate across many different Autonomic teams as well as our customers and technology partners to help us create the future of Transportation and Mobility.

Responsibilities:

  • Help deliver great software in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Lead initiation, planning, and execution of highly complex programs
  • Manage the delivery of features and functionality across multiple development teams
  • Proactively Identify Issues and steps to resolution
  • Anticipate and manage cross team dependencies
    Remove obstacles and blockers that get in the way of delivery
  • Develop practical solutions
  • Help teams focus on delivering value against the product vision
  • Liaise with various stakeholders including Customer Success, Field Engineering, Product Management, and directly with customers themselves

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success delivering highly visible and complex programs
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success operating in highly technical environments
  • Ability to understand ‘Big Picture’ as well as to dive into project-level details
  • Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills
  • Demonstrated success delighting customers and driving complex initiatives
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Extremely focused with great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience collaborating with & communicating to C-Level stakeholders
  • The ability to proactively anticipate issues
  • Knowledge of software development/Product lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent business acumen and time management skills
  • Exhibit flexibility, prioritization, and the ability to multitask
  • Self-directed, take initiative, and excellent project management skills
  • Flexibility for occasional domestic & international travel

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Connected Vehicle/Automotive industry
  • Experience with commercial IoT Platforms in high volume environments
  • Experience with Platform Microservices
  • Experience scaling a startup to high volume
