OVERVIEW 

As a member of our Tech Alliances team at Automox you will help shape and build lasting partnerships and integrations. You'll have fun working closely with a diverse team consisting of Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing Leaders and more to build and manage a thriving community of Technology Alliance partners. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Tech Alliances community, defining platform requirements, creating engaging content, and working with internal teams. Your work will influence multiple teams and services throughout the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Help execute product strategy through partnership opportunities.
  • Define requirements for integration with vendors and work with engineering to get those integration built and delivered.
  • Define and oversee internal resources to support the partner program.
  • Design and drive enablement programs for our partners.
  • Grow and maintain the sales lead-gen through partner alliance
  • Build and nurture relationships across partners.
  • Provide market feedback to our product teams.
  • Build new capabilities and mindsets that enable successful operational partnerships.
  • Educate Sales teams on new Alliances pricing models, sales, integrations, support models, and functionality within the designated partner alliance.
  • Successfully commercialize and scale new business to achieve annual strategic and financial goals.
  • Communicate value of initiatives and deal pipeline to executives through metrics.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 5+ years successful track record of driving revenue out of partner alliances and partnerships and achieving targets
  • Ability to deliver a compelling solution overview and demonstration
  • Clear and effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Possess in-depth technical knowledge in one or more domains relevant to SaaS and Endpoint Management, and creating innovative solution architectures
  • Demonstrated capability within technical disciplines such as solutions architecture and/or sales engineering
  • Demonstrated excellence in strategic thinking, analytic decision making, and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of contracts and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop creative, valuable solutions for contract and operational issues
  • Skilled at working with up and down organizationally and across all functions, including legal and regulatory
  • Ability to succeed in a high functioning results driven team
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, in groups and independently
  • Ownership: You are accountable, persistent, and tenacious about getting things done and bring that out in others
  • Passion: You have a passion for building the best product and product team in the biz 
  • Craftsmanship: You insist on the highest standards and lead by example
  • Leadership: You navigate ambiguity with ease, can set direction and priority based on sound business judgment and a logical decision making framework

  • Bachelors degree. MBA a plus

The salary range listed is the base pay range for this position. In addition, the total compensation package includes bonus, equity and benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.
