Our Customer Success Associate is part of a highly productive and close knit Operations team that works together to create the best possible customer experience. The ideal candidate has demonstrated hands-on account management skills, loves solving complicated problems, is self-driven, a master multi-tasker, and enjoys working in a collaborative, evolving environment. This person has experience in start-up environments and is comfortable in an agile, ever developing environment.
As an Customer Success Associate this role will take ownership of the customer experience by providing an exceptional level of service with every interaction. More specifically, you will:
Deliver an amazing customer experience to our Turn clientele
Work with customers directly on their subscription needs; Triage users needs and assist with best solutions for escalated situations
Help with the preparation and delivery of fleet vehicles to customers
Assists with vendor relations with partnering services and internal teams
Assists with facility operations as needed
You will need:
1-3 years of customer service experience
Demonstrated customer focus
Greatest attention to detail, high diligence, and high level of organization
The ability to multi-task and prioritize customer needs
The ability to read and adapt to changing environments
Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
Superior safe driving skills with a valid driver’s license and clean background

Experience in a start-up environment and the initiative to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to support the business needs
