What You’ll Do
The Manager, Production-Creative Services manages, and produces Authentic’s seasonal content across its portfolio of brands. In collaboration with Marketing and Creative teams, the Production Manager manages all elements of a shoot from photographers, models, stylists, and other personal required in addition to securing locations, permits, equipment and all necessary travel/accommodations. The Production Manager maintains the schedule to ensure all items are on track and delivered timely.
What you’ll be working on
- Manage the seasonal schedule of all content shoots from concept to final asset delivery with creative and marketing teams
- Manage all vendor details along with the overall shoot budget
- Manage and maintain the closing of each shoot and that all invoices are received and submitted to finance for payment along with ensuring the shoot is on or under budget
- Act as the day-to-day point person for shoots vendors from photographer, models, stylists, hair, makeup, equipment along with locations, studios and permitting offices
- While on-set, act as lead point ensuring all vendors & contractors are on time, all contractual deliverables are being fulfilled and ensure wrapping is completed prior to over-time
- Manage all post-production schedules ensuring all assets are delivered on time
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a similar field
- 3+ years of experience in producing photoshoots, commercial and other content
- Willing to travel at least 20% of the time
- Prior experience working with Celebrities is a plus
- Prior experience writing proposal/pitch decks and executing integrated brand marketing campaigns, managing timelines and working cross-functionally with Creative, Public Relations, and Brand teams.
- Ability to work well independently and on a fast-paced team environment
- Direct experience developing social media strategies, building out content calendars and growing audiences
- Strong content judgement, production, and writing skills
- Experience coordinating and optimizing paid social media campaigns
- Experience developing and managing influencer campaigns with a keen understanding of reporting analytics
- Strong communications skills; must be organized and comfortable working with internal stakeholders, external Brand Partners, Celebrities and their representation
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have a passion for social media culture and online trending content and stay up-to-date on social media platform updates and best practices across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
- Must have strong computer proficiency with strength in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Primary Location Salary Range:
$70,000 - $80,000
