We are growing the Auth0 Private Cloud Operations team and are looking for an experienced Sr. Managed Service Engineer (MSE) to join our team. You would be a great fit for the team if you enjoy working on challenging problems and are passionate about customers.
Many of our largest customers rely on our Private Cloud (PSaaS) to deliver a dedicated, isolated environment to build identity solutions in their products. The Managed Service Engineering team is responsible for deploying and maintaining these environments. We are a growing team of Engineers dedicated to constantly improve our way of working while staying committed to providing an excellent level of support for our customers. There is an abundance of room on our team to innovate and influence what we do and how we do it!
The preferred location for this role is in the APAC time zone.
As A Senior MSE You Will Be:
Deploying, updating, and maintaining customer environments
Responding to escalated customer issues, which may involve troubleshooting and collaborating with engineering teams
Automating manual tasks to increase team productivity
Coming up with new and better ways to get our work done
You'd Be A Good Fit If You:
Have solid Linux administration skills, including Ubuntu
Love automating processes
Are customer focused and enjoy working in a customer-centric environment
Enjoy working in a collaborative, dynamic, and remote team
Bonus points if you are:
Are familiar with Amazon Web Services and have experience with protocols/technologies like HTTP, SSL, LDAP, SSH, etc.
Have general platform infrastructure knowledge, including high availability/load balancing concepts and technologies, routers, firewalls, storage subsystems
Are comfortable with monitoring , troubleshooting techniques, and root cause analysis
