The Opportunity

As our Corporate Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, focusing on regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

  • Project manage the application process for obtaining licenses in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Singapore.
  • Collaborate cross-functions with legal, operations, finance, and tech teams to ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
  • Help build business plans to articulate our planned impact

Operational Documentation

  • Assist in documenting transaction flows of our trading platform, from front office to back office.
  • Ensure clarity and accuracy in process documentation to support operational efficiency.

Strategic Planning

  • Lead the annual strategic review process
  • Develop and implement strategic initiative templates
  • Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution of strategic plans

Special Projects

    • Manage ad hoc special projects as assigned by senior management
    • Provide analytical support and develop presentations for key initiatives

Who you are

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate development, Management Consulting, or related roles
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Learners mindset and the ability to work autonomously
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Interest in blockchain and digital assets
