Sales Contract Analyst- Contract

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Sales Contract Analyst for a two-month contract. In this role, you’ll be diving into contract data—analyzing, organizing, and ensuring everything is accurately tracked in HubSpot and Jira. Expect a heavy focus on data entry and manual contract review, making sure all contracted services are properly documented and fulfilled.

This is a two-month contract with no opportunity for a full-time role at the end. Please apply only if you are available to complete the full two-month project.

How you’ll Contribute: 

  • Review and break down contracts based on key deliverables
  • Identify contracted products and services, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Track relevant details for recurring and non-recurring agreements
  • Search for existing deliverables and extract key data points
  • Document and report on deliverable status, noting any gaps or missing items
  • Categorize and consolidate contract and deliverable data
  • Maintain structured records in Google Sheets for clear visibility

 

Who you are: 

  • Strong attention to accuracy when reviewing, documenting and managing data
  • Effective communicator and collaborator who clearly and promptly shares information, asks questions when needed, and ensures alignment on tasks and deliverables with team
  • Experience using HubSpot, Jira and Google Suite
  • Ability to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable learning and using new technology systems quickly
  • Takes initiative to ask questions and seek clarification when needed
