Job Description

Location: East Coast, Mid-Atlantic or Southeast 

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, build and manage an accurate sales pipeline across agencies and brand advertisers
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails and social selling with a focus on generating new business and growing existing relationships
  • Become a trusted advisor across your prospects and take a consultative approach to uncovering business needs
  • Work collaboratively with the Audience Strategy, Curation, Strategic Accounts and Marketing teams to deliver bespoke media solutions and exceptional service to our clients
  • Develop and maintain a strong level of proficiency across the digital advertising landscape and the evolving market/industry developments and challenges 
  • Attend industry conferences, events and networking sessions

Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling programmatic data and/or PMP deals highly desired
  • 5+ years of digital, mobile and/or programmatic and/or audience data advertising sales experience with strong existing relationships with media agencies and/or brands directly
  • Fluency in the ad/data tech sales landscape with a solid understanding DSPs/DMPs/SSPs, including TTD and DV360
  • Experience selling managed service to middle-market and independent agencies a plus
  • Interest in being a pioneer in a quickly transforming media category
  • An entrepreneurial approach to business with the desire to build on something already gaining exciting market traction!
  • Demonstrated success in a goal-oriented, highly accountable sales environment
  • Superior communication skills, including face-to-face presentations, phone and email
  • A strategic thinker who will support team and management in creating best-of-breed data and audience solutions for clients
  • The ability to structure, negotiate, and close advertising deals
  • Diligent work ethic, dependable, and ethical
  • A self-starter, aggressive, able to work independently but cooperatively and enthusiastically to build a new business
  • Thrives on being an expert and evangelist on industry trends to build relationships and gain traction with other industry thought leaders

Compensation: Base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 + commission based on your experience and qualifications
