THE ROLE
The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing is responsible for overseeing growth marketing and lead generation, setting the strategy for all paid marketing channels, and leading a best-in-class growth marketing function that fuels growth for Audicus. This high-visibility leadership role reports into the Head of B2C and works directly with the CEO, COO, and Sales Directors.
This role is ideal for a hands-on team builder with a strong digital marketing background and interest in performance and lifecycle marketing. Creative problem-solvers who can think strategically and analytically about sustainable growth - yet want to get tactical and “build” - will particularly enjoy this role. RESPONSIBILITIES
Align on short and long-term customer, lead, and CAC goals with Head of B2C
Create and oversee strategy and monthly plan to deliver these goals by using paid media
Monitor performance tracking daily to optimize budget allocations, forecasts, lead generation funnels, and landing pages
Conduct recurring weekly and monthly optimization tasks for paid ad campaigns (i.e. keyword expansion, ad testing, negative keyword/inventory management, audience testing etc.) across all paid marketing channels
Own experimentation roadmap designed to improve conversion rates, engagement, and pipeline creation across paid channels
Manage key relationships with affiliate partners and performance agencies
Provide ongoing reporting of KPIs, metrics and ROI, along with actionable insights
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3-4 years hands-on paid media experience in SEM (Google and Bing) paid Social (Facebook), and/or Affiliate partners.
1-2 years experience working with external stakeholders (e.g., clients or vendors)
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Highly metrics-driven, having analyzed and ideally optimized funnels and synthesized analytics
Startup or agency experience, preferably both, and ideally in the health/consumer technology space
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where resources are constrained and creativity, tenacity, and methodical, hands-on problem solving are a must
