THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Business Development (B2B) to join our vibrant team and drive our partnership strategy across enterprise clients and physical retail. This candidate is responsible for establishing relationships with managed care organizations, insurers, employers, unions and other entities that address the +50 population. In tandem, this candidate will also close channel partnerships with retailers, pharmacies and the optical channel.
This role is ideal for a hands-on team builder with a strong business development and sales background, who loves leading ambitious individuals. Analytical problem-solvers that can think strategically, build relationships and succeed in closing deals - yet are willing to roll-up sleeves, get tactical and own a divisional P&L - will particularly enjoy this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and build our hyper-driven Business Development (B2B) team, consisting of partnership, sales and account management professionals.
Devise and execute a winning partnership strategy for enterprise clients and physical retail.
Coordinate the implementation of newly closed relationships and liaise internally with other divisions at Audicus (e.g. product, operations).
Own and manage a P&L for this division.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
8-12 years of tactical experience in strategic partnerships and/or enterprise sales.
Strong background selling into healthcare retail, managed care or benefit verticals (payers, employer benefits, MLTC, etc).
Experience with hearing benefits strongly preferred
Must have built and successfully led biz dev and/or sales teams.
Early-stage startup experience, ability to work with constrained resources and get creative, is a huge plus.
Fast-paced team players that are methodical, hands-on problem solvers.
Compensation: $160-220K annually Base + Bonus (OTE $350-400K) - compensation dependant on experience and location
