What We're Looking For:

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the client satisfaction of their accounts across the creative agency. In this fast paced and dynamic role, you’ll be required to know the client’s business inside and out and have a clear understanding of the agency roles and responsibilities, including production processes and the fundamentals of client management. In order to build trust with internal and external teams, the Senior Account Manager must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills including the ability to handle client triage with diplomacy. The Senior Account Manager is the organizer who can build trusted, positive relationships while keeping the whole system on track every day. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting into the Senior Client Partner, the Senior Account Manager will support the day-to-day of their programs, fulfilling client objectives and ensuring internal teams are working seamlessly to bring the vision to life
  • Travel to client’s headquarters to drive meaningful relationships and run meetings on the ground, as well as attend shoots and sponsorship events to oversee and guide production capture
  • Guide communication with clients to ensure the work is meeting both brand and ATTN goals
  • Keep a constant pulse on industry trends and social platform capabilities
  • Actively engage the Executive Director and ATTN leadership to identify growth opportunities
  • Identify trends in performance and make strategic recommendations internally and with clients to improve the work and meet client KPIs

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in client services at a creative agency (preference for social first agencies) with a proven track record of success across client portfolios 
  • Experience in social media, both organic and paid. Fluency in social KPIs, influencer strategies and platform and audience capabilities to drive meaningful conversations with clients to net success
  • Strong presentation skills and a willingness to work cross-functionally and wear multiple hats
  • Appreciation for team-based work that requires a consistently even-keeled attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
  • General knowledge of video production workflows and experience managing timelines and client expectations
