As the Enterprise-wide head of Anti-Money Laundering and Surveillance, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of AML/CFT Compliance, including surveillance, diligence, testing, and suspicious-activity reporting.  

Once here you will 

  • Operationalize and Standardize BSA/AML and Sanctions Policies and Procedures enhancements.
  • Support Enterprise-wide onboarding, including client KYC/OFAC Screening, as well as transaction surveillance and monitoring.
  • Assist with operationalizing and streamlining the BSA/AML and Sanctions Training Program.
  • Monitor industry guidance for new regulatory developments and drive necessary program enhancements.
  • Identify areas of improvement in our Compliance policies, procedures, and risk-assessment capabilities.


  • 5+ years of professional work experience in BSA/AML, Sanctions, or Fraud experience preferred.  CAMS certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of BSA/AML and Sanctions Program requirements and experience in enhancing or building a financial crimes program (risk assessment, training, development of governance/reporting metrics).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and independent follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
