Atomic Cartoons Inc. is an award-winning animation studio with locations in Vancouver's Mt. Pleasant Animation District, Ottawa's Hintonburg neighborhood and LA. Since its inception over 20 years ago, Atomic Cartoons has created and produced numerous 2D and CG animation productions including Last Kids on Earth. What You Will Do:

  • Manage the post production duties for our animated series and specials from production and editorial through to final delivery.
  • Schedule Post Production processes from Locked Cut, Music Composition, Audio Mix Sessions, Color Sessions, Quality Control and Final Delivery
  • Work within the studio pipeline with Producers, Creative, Editorial, Production and Post Production to ensure consistency and quality through out projects.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, deliveries are correct and consistent within the requirements of each project.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the post production process.


What We Are Looking For:

  • 2 years experience as a Post Production Supervisor role
  • Knowledge of Premiere Pro and Avid Editing Software
  • Prior knowledge and understanding of scheduling productions from Music Composition, Final Mix, Color (QC) to final delivery to the client or broadcaster.
  • An ability to troubleshoot and make quick accurate decisions through out the post production process.
  • Animation series or feature experience is an asset for this role.
  • BC residents are preferred for this role.
  • Currently legally eligible to work in Canada.
