Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Technology, The Senior IT Solutions Engineer is integral to the Enterprise Technology team’s support of endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and applications. Performing installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and security tools on all Atlas endpoints and infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure, M365, SharePoint, network, and security tools. . This role will have the opportunity to contribute leadership and experience to different IT improvement projects and the Level 1 Support team.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform Azure (Entra) AD system administration and IAM activities across the enterprise.
- Administer and support MS O365, MS SharePoint and MS Azure environment, policies and ensure accurate RBAC controls are in place.
- Work with Information Security Engineers to ensure appropriate controls are in place and functioning across the enterprise.
- Installation and maintenance of the multiple applications used to support the enterprise.
- Support the helpdesk team with L2/L3 knowledge and assistance.
- Assist in the various information security, privacy & compliance programs including ISO/IEC 27001, SOC2, DFARS/NIST 800-171, GDPR, ITIL, etc.
- Ensure accurate and current documentation on responsible systems and controls is in place and maintained up to date.
- Perform regular reporting of KPI’s and processes.
- Participate on different improvement projects across the company.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of system engineering experience including:
- Endpoint administration (MS Intune, Mosyle)
- MS Entra (Azure AD) Systems administration,
- Microsoft Windows OS, PowerShell, O365, SharePoint administration
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud infrastructure and implementations
- Apple OS Administration
- Federated Security models and implementations.
It would be great if you have:
- Microsoft and/or Information Securitycertifications
- Knowledge or certification in ISO/IEC 27001
- Python scripting experience
- Power Automate experience
- Understanding of Networks and Security controls
- DBA experience
- PowerBI configuration experience
- Expertise in MS Office Applications
