We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new Legal Assistant, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Employment Law Coordinator, you will be supporting our global Employment Law team by assisting and providing a range of legal administrative support.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform factual research.
  • Organize and analyze information.
  • Prepare written reports and documents.
  • Check and edit legal documents for accuracy.
  • Build and maintain databases and files.
  • Organize and track case files.
  • Support signature processes (wet ink and digital) are completed timely.
  • Support the processes associated with employment related documents including translating documents, arranging couriers, and other service providers.

 

About You

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a legal administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and all related applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Human Resources understanding is preferred.
  • Ideal candidate will be have experience as a paralegal.
  • You have flexibility in your work schedule to support global clients needs
