Key Responsibilities

  • Provide global mobility subject matter expertise to regional stakeholders (i.e. sales, HR, clients, etc.).
  • Ensure all documentation flows are timely and accurate.  Follow-up with client and internal teams as needed.
  • Prepare immigration-related correspondence (e.g. employment confirmation letters, invitation letters, travel packets, business introduction letters, etc.) for clients, as needed.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings as needed to ensure superior service levels are achieved.
  • Build knowledge of country-specific immigration processes, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
  • Assist in the development and management of our global/regional supply chain.
  • Create strong relationships across internal organizations such as payroll, finance, legal, compliance, etc.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field and at least three years of global mobility/immigration/tax experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, modern HRIS systems, word processing, and database management.
  • Proactive and solution minded.
  • Team player with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
