The Role

We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new Strategic Account Manager, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Success EMEA, you will be supporting our Client Success team by ensuring retention and growth within your assigned portfolio of accounts. As a Strategic Account Manager, you are responsible for growing revenue from our existing clients, maintaining high levels of client retention, and driving an amazing client experience. This role will cover a 1 year leave of absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts.
  • Increase revenue within existing accounts while building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan for each account.
  • Accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and the implementation of agreed account plans.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain account health at multiple levels for each assigned account.
  • Be accountable and hold all stakeholders accountable to ensure world-class customer experience.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven work experience of minimum 5 years as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
