Position: Admin and Operations Manager at Credence Land Management Consulting (Ex- Servicemen only)

 

Overview of the role: 

We are looking for Ex- Servicemen in our Admin and Operations Function at Credence Land Management Consulting. We believe in operational excellence and delighting our customers. The operations manager will be responsible for setting up and implementing excellent processes, managing operations budget, training and leading Admin and Support staff and supporting the founders.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Bring in efficiency with relation to procurement and ensure that all items are procured on time, warranties are maintained and extended on time independently to the maximum extent possible
  • Manage the smooth functioning of the office administration and operations including maintenance and related work items
  • Train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space. Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Create robust policies for organisations in a high growth stage. Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Ensure efficiency and quick turnaround time for all processes
  • Proactively manage and adhere to schedules, timelines and any contingencies
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Coordinate with the building management with regard to the functioning of the office 
  • Responsible for procurement of all items while ensuring that the best possible rates apply
  • Ensure that the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy are maintained at all times
  • Support the other team members to learn and build their knowledge 
  • Support Athena’s sister organisations - Hora Education and Services Private Limited and Hope and Dreams Trust as needed
  • Managing personal operations for the Directors of the company and providing advisory as needed 
  • Visiting the project sites and ensuring smooth operations there. Field trips are important part of this role.
  • Support the organisation on any other work items as may be needed

 

Education and Experience 

  • Overall experience of 2+ years is required Admin/Operations experience. 
  • Armed forces experience is necessary.
