As an Administrative Assistant, Legal at atai Life Sciences, you will:  

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal team including management of calendars and meeting logistics
  • Facilitate proper execution of Contracts, MSAs, SOWs and other legal documents via Ironclad and DocuSign
  • Proactively keep track of Legal executives’ time and manage their itinerary
  • Collect and prepare information for meetings with internal Legal team members and outside parties
  • Produce reports and presentations
  • Planning and coordinating corporate meetings, conferences, and investor meetings
  • Manage travel arrangements, detailed travel itineraries and expenses
  • Maintain the current filing and database system, and look for ways to improve current systems 
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations 
  • Demonstrate confidentiality in execution of all responsibilities

These qualifications will get us excited to get to know you better:

  • 3 + years’ experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant or similar role 
  • High interest in Biotech with strong Legal background
  • Highly resourceful and able to handle complex and competing schedules 
  • Exceptional communication skills  
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work with a sense of urgency without letting quality slip  
  • High sense of empathy with an outstanding ability to work multi-culturally
