  • Oversee daily operations of the CFO and Finance team based in our New York HUB 
  • Prioritize the executives’ time and resources proactively by keeping track of and effectively handling competing priorities and requests 
  • Empower your team to be as efficient and effective as possible by managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files 
  • Collect and prepare information for meetings with internal team members and outside parties  
  • Produce reports and presentations  
  • Planning and coordinating corporate meetings, conferences, and investor meetings 
  • Document and summarize meeting minutes  
  • Manage travel arrangements, detailed travel itineraries and expenses 
  • Maintain the current filing and database system, and look for ways to improve current systems  
  • Manage New York office and maintain office setup that optimizes workflow 
  • Organize HUB activities and team building events 
  • Work closely with our 3 other executive & team assistants based in London, New York and Los Angeles to align executive and team priorities across time zones and functions 
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations   


  • 3 + years’ experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant or similar role 
  • High interest in (Bio-) Tech and Finance 
  • Highly resourceful and able to handle complex and competing schedules 
  • Exceptional communication skills  
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work with a sense of urgency without letting quality slip  
  • High sense of empathy with an outstanding ability to work multi-culturally
