Responsibilities

  • Technical planning and implementation across atai’s website, platform company websites and websites centric to company initiatives
  • Cover full stack development across properties, with a desire for leveraging modern front end design principles, putting users at the heart of our development
  • Create efficient systems that the communications team can easily interact with, assessing our CMS and enhancing its capabilities
  • Collaborate with the communications team to understand what role web plays in our business, assisting in bringing to life our vision
  • Work closely with our creative team to consult on UX/UI and deliver beautiful website experiences for our audiences
  • Extend our technical capabilities by developing advanced functionalities, as well as conceptualising bespoke tools and integrating third party solutions into our ecosystem
  • Manage the technical infrastructure surrounding our web properties in order to optimise performance and maintain reliable service
  • Develop and own processes that establish a successful technical development function within the communications team
  • Use forward-thinking design and innovation in combination with multimedia formats to educate audiences through engagement with technical properties

Qualifications

  • Ideally 3+ years in a combination of advanced front end and proficient back end development,
  • Relevant academic qualifications aren’t necessary but desired
  • Experienced in a range of programming languages, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Python, etc.
  • You have a strong track record in contributing to cross-functional teams in advancing projects 
  •  You are highly empathetic with an outstanding ability to work multi-culturally 
  • You are willing to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and to adapt to new situations as they arise
