  • Be a driving force in developing and delivering dynamic media communications ideas, creating and building an engaged audience whilst telling our unique and exciting story
  • Manage content distribution across atai’s social channels, newsletter, Medium (publishing) and audio efforts (podcasting & Clubhouse) whilst also contributing to broader communications activities
  • Work with the communications team to produce and manage content plans and calendars that bring coordination to our own channels – driving innovative and industry leading communications
  • Plan, develop out and conceptualise long-form media formats, housing them on platforms such as YouTube
  • Collaborate with the creative team, directly engaging in creative sessions and overseeing content production in-line with content plans
  • Work with our copywriter to produce engaging written content that supports our owned channels
  • Report on channel performance for the channels you manage, using data to test, learn and adapt
  • Assist with personal brand management for atai’s leadership team, producing engaging content that aligns with each respective person, elevating thought-leadership
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners in order to maximise communications, working in-line with legal requirements and medical regulations


  • Ideally experienced in medical communications
  • You have a strong track record in contributing to cross-functional teams in advancing projects 
  • You are highly empathetic with an outstanding ability to work multi-culturally 
  • You are willing to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and to adapt to new situations as they arise
