  • Provide and develop the Plug and Play platform infrastructure
  • Keep track of performance of portfolio with a KPI tracking and reporting system and monitor against milestones and/or development plans
  • Ensure that the Investment/Venture Management and Operations Department processes are compliant with the relevant regulations
  • Create, manage and maintain data, BI and tools (e.g. dashboard) to boost effectiveness and efficiency of atai platform and strategically advance ventures
  • Prepare budgets and monthly reporting for portfolio companies
  • Manage a variety of operational projects and work streams for atai and portfolio and push for continuous improvements
  • Ensure board meeting excellence for platform companies


  • Outstanding academic track-record from a top-tier university (neuroscience exposure is a plus)
  • Experience in high-growth startup/life sciences operations/top-tier consulting
  • Experience in biotech or life sciences is a strong plus
  • Hands-on mentality and focus on efficient implementation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Superb Project Management and MS Office Skills (especially Excel)
  • Strong track record in contributing to cross-functional teams in advancing projects 
  • High empathy with an outstanding ability to work multi-culturally 
  • Willing to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment with limited direction, go the extra mile and to adapt to new situations as they arise
