Play a key role in driving people-related strategies to support the company’s rapid growth. You will work closely with leadership to align People initiatives with business goals, manage employee relations, and contribute to building a high-performance culture. You will also ensure compliance with employment regulations and support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, while fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business priorities and align HR initiatives with company objectives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to department leaders on all people-related matters.
    • Drive talent management strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, and career development.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
    • Local office management and engagement events. 
    • Implement employee engagement programs, promoting a culture of continuous feedback and open communication.
    • Promote internal communication channels and tools. 
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:
    • Act on the end-to-end recruitment processes, including job board management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer letter preparation across multiple regions (Latam, Asia, and Europe).
    • Ensure alignment with hiring managers' needs and provide strategic input on talent acquisition for various sectors.
    • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires, and collaborate with managers to enhance the onboarding journey.
    • Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
    • Support onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Performance Management & Development:
    • Guide managers in the performance review process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
    • Provide coaching and development for leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities.
    • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Support compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring competitive packages that align with industry standards.
    • Manage HR policies and procedures, and ensure employees are informed and compliant with company policies.
    • Manage the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and analyzing data to improve retention strategies.

Experience & Qualification Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
  • Experience in a fast-growing tech, fintech, or financial services environment is preferred.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
