We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team within the Business Solutions vertical (B2B). As a key member, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences across our checkout flow, and Business Panel dashboard, and designing innovative new products and features.
Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Design Ownership: Take ownership of the design process for assigned products (like checkout process, merchants onboarding and KYB, pay-ins, and payouts features, merchant dashboard), from concept to implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Creative Problem Solving: Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges on B2B product interfaces and enhance the user experience. Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices.
- User Feedback Integration: Incorporate user feedback and usability testing results into design iterations. Advocate for a user-centric approach to ensure the final product meets user needs.
- Collaborative Design: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design decisions with overall product goals.
- Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to iteratively enhance product.
Core Competencies and Skills:
- Design Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe suite. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and find innovative solutions to design challenges.
- Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- User-Centric Mindset: Advocate for user-centered design principles and conduct user research to inform design decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
Preferred qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Multi-platform: Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Leadership experience: Experience leading projects end-to-end and mentoring teammates.
