We are seeking a skilled PCBA level Production Planner to join our operations team. The successful candidate will focus on paddle card level planning, order fulfillment and logistics to meet the customers’ demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up closely with CM on production schedule to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate order/demand communication across different departments and expedite demand fulfillment.
- Maintain related shipments information in systems and arrange shipment deliveries.
- Review and monitor CM’s production status and assist to plan material requirements and ensure the flow of materials for ongoing production as well as for new products in development.
- Other projects and tasks may be assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years planning and purchasing related working experiences, Module/PCBA manufacturing background is highly preferred.
- Experienced in MRP/ERP and supply chain management.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Good listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good problem solving and analysis skills.
- Stress resistant, can work under pressure and challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
