As a Sales Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer-facing teams. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience providing support and optimizing our sales processes.

Responsibilities:

AI Integration Capstone: You'll be tasked with presenting a proposed AI-centered optimization for our sales process. This includes gaining an understanding of our current procedures, researching new AI tools, and putting together a presentation which you will deliver to one or more VPs outlining your findings and suggestions. 

CRM Administration: Handling customer data within our CRM platform, Salesforce, ensuring its accuracy and completeness. This may include data entry, data cleaning, quote/pricing maintenance, PN creation, user management, customization, and workflow automation. This could also include creating reports and customizing dashboards to analyze customer data and trends.

Customer Forms: Completing and submitting customer forms and requested data accurately and in a timely manner. This could include Vendor Setup, PN validation, ECCN/HTS requests, inquiries we receive from our company website.

Customer Operations: Participate in customer operations initiatives and documentation efforts. Assist with processing customer orders and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics and shipment of products, maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and transactions. 

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a strong track record of attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Demonstrated interest in AI, semiconductor industry, and or datacenters. As well as a willingness to learn.
