Ecosystem Manager

Job Summary

To support rapid international business growth, we are hiring an Ecosystem Manager located at our company headquarters in Silicon Valley who has experience working with ecosystem partners on hardware products for high-speed communication protocols such as PCIe. As an Ecosystem Manager, you will manage interactions between industry partners, product applications, and digital marketing teams to plan and drive strategic engagement with ecosystem partners, ecosystem enablement, and joint marketing events.

Based in Santa Clara, this position requires an in-person presence, offering a unique opportunity to impact our global operations directly.

Basic Qualifications

  • Engineering Bachelor’s degree, preferred MBA, or advanced degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in product marketing, product management, technical program management, or business development.
  • Experience with hardware or module product delivery for high-speed connectivity applications and CPU/GPU applications.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across senior leadership teams.
  • Detail oriented with a passion for telling a compelling story.
  • Authorized to work in the US and start immediately.

Required Experience

  • Must have thorough market knowledge of server, storage, cloud, and data center segment.
  • Proficient technical knowledge of the following high-speed interfaces: PCIe, Ethernet, and CXL
  • Proficient technical knowledge of servers and CPUs/GPUs.
  • Direct experience with customer/partner relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, initiate, and execute new collaborations with multiple customers and partners across the ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of working closely with cloud service providers, data center OEMs/ODMs, and/or CPU/GPU vendors.
  • Partnered with industry ecosystem and standards organizations such as CXL Consortium, PCI-SIG, etc.
  • Technical Supply Chain, Technical Program Management, or Business Development experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and Prioritize Ecosystem Engagement Strategy by developing a deep understanding of partner ecosystem technology offerings.
  • Execute Ecosystem Related Tasks to resolve any technical and business issues with internal and external teams.
  • Drives Ecosystem Enablement Activities with internal teams and industry partners.
  • Grow and Manage Partner Co-Marketing Activities and Initiatives by building relationships and collaborating across engineering, sales, and external ecosystem partners.

    The base salary range is $160,000-$240,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
